headoffice in Monaco and separate accounts
- Mission
Enfance whose status are
deposited in Monaco and France, has administrative
and logistic headquarters in France and
on the Principality where was born the
initiative of the association.
- The two structures are legally and accountingly
distinct. They are united and complementary
towards one action. For this reason, the
balance sheets are presented with separate
accounts for France and Monaco. A consolidated
account (France + Monaco) permits us to
have a combined and all-encompassing view
of the means used for each country supported.
A double
financial supervision and a rigorous organization
and application of the expenses
- The accounting and balance sheets of
Mission Enfance France and Mission Enfance
Monaco are regularly submitted to the
government auditor's control, Mrs Bettina
Dotta, as well as the inspection of the
Controller General of the Monaco Government,
for the account in Monaco, which contributes
to the annual subsidy of the association
for the functionning expenses, therefore
covering 80 to 90 % of this item depending
on the year.
- The permanent workers of the association,
in accordance with the internal procedures
of the association, have no power of signature
over the bank accounts of the association.
Only the treasurer, Mr Paul-Marie Jacques,
under the supervision of the Board of
Director's supervision, can engage the
expenditures of the association.
